For our Superior Rooms and Queen Guest Rooms, from the time you make your reservation up to 3 days prior to your arrival day by 12 (noon), we will refund your deposit back less a $20 service fee. If you have to cancel within the 3 days of your arrival day, you will lose the deposit.
For our Deluxe Studio Suites and 2 Bedroom Family Suites, from the time you make your reservation up to 5 days prior to your arrival day by 12 (noon), we will refund your deposit back less a $20 service fee. If you have to cancel within 5 days of your arrival day, you will lose the deposit.
No refund will be made for the unused portion once any segment is used.
